July 2, 2020 To Whom It May Concern, I have known Roger Diaz in a professional capacity for several years. He has been my point of contact at Daltile in Houston, Texas. I am the Principal Designer of my own Interior Design firm, also located in Houston. Roger has always impressed me on many levels, throughout our working relationship. His knowledge of product is extensive. He makes it his business to know his product lines and can answer complicated questions, if necessary. He is always ready to follow through on my requests, whether that be getting more information, pricing, or samples. When a problem arises, he does not shy away from handling it. Rather, he gets to the bottom of it, and tries to make it right, whenever possible. One of Roger's most impressive traits is his follow-through and follow-up. When he says he is going to do something, he does it. He also goes above and beyond for his clients. He sources other options, if needed, and tries to meet his clients' needs. He handles responsibility very well. I know he has dealt with a great amount of responsibility and pressure lately, and has always maintained a positive outlook. Roger has a warm, inviting personality and that is reflected in his relationships with his clients. I always look forward to my dealings with him.
