Artur Mindiiarov
Roger was one of the people I most enjoyed to work with during my work in Glovo. He was very supportive to me and my work as a Product Manager. He handled all the communications with our clients and was always able to come up with a good plan and a roadmap, taking into account our limited time, huge uncertainty and clients needs. We had many meetings together discussing the future of our products and this is something that I would miss from working with Roger. He managed to work in two teams at the same time and provide a big value in both teams. I would love to have a chance to work with Roger again!

Roger Castells joined Operations and Security new area as a System Administrator back in January, 2010 and stay with us almost three years. During this time, he has managed an advanced systems environment to provide safe electronic administration services (e-voting, Digital Certification, e-registration, doc preservation...) and some value-add "Anella Científica" services (electronic mail, mailing lists,...), with eagerness, enthusiasm and responsibility. He is an open-mind person to the new challenges that he assumes and that he resolves them satisfactorily.

During my first year I was responsible of the infrastructure of a remote testing system called Device Cloud. The Device Cloud was an infrastructure of over 120 devices where Game Studios could launch Android or iOS tests using different languages.After the Device Cloud I joined a team that was responsible to generate a meta library of tech resources to be used by Game Studios.
