I've worked with and for Roger at Raytheon off and on since 2001. Roger has a thorough understanding of systems engineering. He also is an excellent software developer. I had the pleasure of working for him on two Raytheon programs. He communicates program goals and objectives well. His management style is low key, but effective. He drives the team to produce results on time and within budget. It has been a pleasure working with Roger over the years.
