      Develop project briefs for all Minor and Major works programmes as required. Ensure the continuity of essential and emergency services during all stages of building programme and major services integration. Manage the Minor New Works and Health Service projects, providing high quality, timely and responsive BEMS services. Develop, implement and review contractor site and safety inductions. Prepare, maintain and disseminate high quality documentation throughout the project life cycle, including project plans, operational plans, status reports, submissions, briefings and consultative documents. Maintain the Minor New Work register for SCHHS and provide progress reports. Coordinate and facilitate user group meetings for Project and Minor New Work related processes. Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
