  Develop project briefs for all Minor and Major works programmes as required. Ensure the continuity of essential and emergency services during all stages of building programme and major services integration. Manage the Minor New Works and Health Service projects, providing high quality, timely and responsive BEMS services. Develop, implement and review contractor site and safety inductions. Manage the defects liability period for all projects to the developed model for all projects. Carry out Post Occupancy Evaluation on all projects, ensuring the delivered projects are fit for purpose and conform to the contractual requirements. Investigate any Health and Safety issues associated with the ongoing projects and communicate with Health Service OHS Staff and contractors to achieve an acceptable outcome. Coordinate regular inspections on the site and surrounding areas in order to deal with issues or problems being experienced by other staff in critical or other areas and to identify hospital issues to be addressed through BEMS, including latent defects or pre-existing faults. Obtain commissioning documentation from mandatory testing and record witness tests to facilitate project commissioning records for the Health Service. Prepare, maintain and disseminate high quality documentation throughout the project life cycle, including project plans, operational plans, status reports, submissions, briefings and consultative documents. Maintain the Minor New Work register for SCHHS and provide progress reports. Coordinate and facilitate user group meetings for Project and Minor New Work related processes. Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. Active engagement in the monitoring of data quality and information management - in accordance with legislation, standards, policies and procedures
