ACHIEVEMENTS: > Program for Protocols converter to communicate Modbus devices was developed. > PLC panel connections was standardize to reduce installations and troubleshooting time. > IO mapping document for hardware connections on PLC panel was designed. > Generic programs for PLC, HMI and DSP were redesigned, developed, improved and implemented and finally standardized to save time on well projects and to be more efficient and productive, false alarms were reduced, and the entire project integration was reduced from five to three days. > Modbus TCP/IP was introduced on RTU devices to minimize communication errors. > Standard “Electric Submergible Pump project” (ESP, VFD Baker Huges) was designed, developed, installed, tested, commissioned and monitored for local control.
