At Nationale-Nederlanden, I work as lead (devops) engineer within the Life & Pensions Data Analytics Team. The team is end-to-end responsible for the lakehouse platform which became the data hub for the entire business line. More than 50+ data sources are processed daily where the platform uses the following technologies as Terraform, Terragrunt, Azure DevOps, Python, Docker, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Delta Lake. The platform aggregates financial data from a variety of data sources (5+, as AFAS and Exact) and transforms this data into a standardized structure to be ingested into our data warehouse and financial dashboards.
