Bio
Hannah Poort
Roeland werkt aandachtig, en met uiterst respect voor de mens achter de projecten. Dit, zijn deskundigheid, en zijn sociabiliteit maken hem naar mijn ervaring tot iets heel biezonders/ Roelands'way of working is most attentive, and moreover extremely respectfull to the individuals behind the projects. This and his knowledge strike me as someone very special, very expert, and very sociable.
Peter Paul Sloekers
In the 6 years Roeland worked for Wereldwinkel Leiden, he has been responsible for several different tasks, among others the "hiring and firing" of volunteers. He was the main coordinator of moving our shop to another location which was one of the most important happenings of those years. Roeland proved to be a facilitator, having the overview, but encouraging others to take responsibility within the larger framework of what had to be done. This way, he encouraged people to develop, taking small risks and gaining great pride of their own work.
Andreas Mensert
Roeland has a lot of knowhow about archaeological open air museums and has a wide network in this branch.
