      HOGE TEMPERATUUR VERZINKEN (HTV) Bij hoge temperatuur verzinken, ons alternatief voor deltaverzinken, worden bij maximaal 620 °C op gecontroleerde wijze zeer geringe laagdikten van ca. 25 tot ruim 80 μm aangebracht. Voorwerpen die bij hoge temperatuur worden verzinkt, hebben een duidelijk grotere oppervlaktehardheid, kunnen optimaal worden nabehandeld en passen als gegoten, wat met name voor onderdelen met een fijne geometrie optimaal is. Dat alles is ontwikkeld om aan de eisen van de auto-industrie te voldoen. De hogere verzinktemperatuur en de daarmee gepaard gaande lagere viscositeit van de vloeibare zinklegering zorgen ervoor dat het zink beter van het werkstuk afvloeit. Door vooraf te vermelden aan welke eisen het te verzinken voorwerp moet voldoen, kunnen zelfs de kleinste gaten en draadstukken zonder verdere nabewerking worden verzinkt. Hiermee wordt speciaal tegemoet gekomen aan de vereisten van inbouwklare producten. EXTREEM DUN, EXTREEM HARD De zink-ijzer-legeringen (delta-laag) die bij hoge temperatuur verzinken met een gecontroleerd proces worden gevormd, zorgen voor een hoge oppervlaktehardheid en een betere slijtvastheid. De harde beschermlaag is vooral ideaal voor onderdelen in de autoindustrie die blootstaan aan steenslag. Door het bijzondere proces kunnen bovendien extreem dunne, gewichtsbesparende laagdikten met minimale afwijkingen in serie worden vervaardigd. Bij hoge temperatuur verzinken kan de dikte van de zinklaag gecontroleerd worden geregeld, waardoor vrijwel onafhankelijk van het materiaal een hoge oppervlaktenauwkeurigheid kan worden gegarandeerd. Een ongecontroleerde groei van de zinklaag, vooral op lasnaden of langs randen komt hierdoor nauwelijks voor. Het coating gereedmaken kan daardoor tot een minimum worden beperkt. Daarnaast zorgt de fijne micro-ruwheid van de zinklaag ervoor dat alle coatingsystemen beter blijven hechten en de optiek na het poedercoaten door het zeer gladde oppervlak een zeer hoogwaardige indruk maakt.
