  ▪ Read work order as well as all notes and instructions (costumer notes, digital/paper works, etc.) ▪ Check document size and margins. ▪ Check document colors (process or spot). Fix any unused or extra colors in document. ▪ Check and extend bleed allowances as necessary. ▪ Verify that fonts are working properly/troubleshoot when necessary. ▪ Work directly with CSR, Preflight, Job Planner etc. to resolve issues/problems. ▪ Verify that graphics and images process correctly/troubleshoot when necessary. ▪ Save pages as PDF or Encapsulated PostScript for the intended workflow. ▪ Create Die Lines Guide if needed. ▪ Provide Emboss/ De-boss if needed and or as per client, supervisors instructions. ▪ Process files through Prinergy. ▪ Perform basic troubleshooting of files that error throughout the workflow. ▪ Make necessary adjustments in order for the document to refine/RIP correctly. ▪ Print all pages/ signatures/ forms into plates according to the job order and or advice of the supervisor. ▪ Maintain the quality of the print.
