Benjamin is a dedicated, committed and hard-working colleague. he joined the SUTRA team at a time of expansion of the team and scope of work of the proejct and managed to quickly become an integral part of an already large team. His joyful nature and polite behaviour helped make him become a full member of the team. His analytical capacities, coupled with a dedication to ensuring bottom-up approaches to local development ensured that all his work balance theory with practice. Benjamin is a well-informed individual, capable of applying theoretical knowledge by adapting it to the context of the operation. His writing, briefings and communication is always clear, outlines the main issues at hand and provide actionable recommendations to management. On a personal level, benjamin is highly likebale and gets on weel with colelagues and clients alike. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to any employer who seeks the services of a trustworthy and dedicated staff. Massimo Diana
