The works included but were not limited to engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 Km of security fences, 45 Km of Electrical and telecommunication duct banks, eight substations, four access control points, 1400 light poles, 8 Km of roadworks, 3000 bollards, 16 Radars, etc.In this role, I collected and prepared a Measured Mile Analysis; developed and concluded the as built critical path of the project, evaluated Disruption using several models, such as, measured mile and Picavance; and evaluated project delays using forensic methods i.e. Time impact analysis, As planned Vs As Built.
