As a member of the “Team RhOME” I faced concretely and for the first time the challenges related to the construction of a small but highly sophisticated building. It was an incredible opportunity to test and improve my teamwork skills and learn a lot about passive energy strategies and sustainable architecture in general. During the project I contributed to the following tasks: • interfacing the quantity survey team with BIM models, managing the cost parameters of the building components; • following the construction of the prototype in the phases of its first assembly, helping to make decisions; • producing the necessary documents for the tender rules; • contributing to the final assembly of the prototype, during the final stage of the competition in Versailles, France.
