During the 1997 to 2002 period my activities were oriented to link ILO/Cinterfor to the Internet, move from DOS stations to Windows networks and support the culture change inside the centre. In 1998 a web team was created and the first centre website was developed. By 2001 tailor made e-learning environments were being developed and courses delivered.
