  Developed analysis with sequencing data from transcriptomes and genomes, with emphasis on small RNAs and genome assembly, as well as in the development of computational tools to analyze transcriptomics data. Also executed phylogenetic and systems biology analysis to a small extent. Acted as a auxiliary teacher in undergraduate classes in the subject of bioinformatics during multiple semesters, preparing and giving lectures.
