A Tech startup company developing a SCM platform.Collecting data and analyzing from marketing and sales tools (Zoominfo, Crunchbase, Hubspot, Google Analytics). Using excel to map and create scenarios that could help sales team with prospects. A Brazilian medium-sized Pharmaceutical Industry focused on OTC drugsHelped to improve department's process which consists:Research the Brazilian market (mainly using the PMB annual report). The raw data is confusing and limited. Data source were linked to an excel spreadsheet which allowed to add company's goals and add filters and calculations. It bolstered the accuracy of data collection and analyze, consequently, more projects (mostly new OTC drugs) were implemented by quarter (an increase of 70%). Also, projects approbation level (by the board) had increased 85%.Contributed to enhance internal project's process. All steps and interactions with sectors involved (R&D, logistics, production, QA, marketing) through the pipeline were optimized using MS projects and other tools. It reduced by 30% the time to launch a product into the market.Forecast methods and tools were improved by changing how the sector use to approach it; more realistic measures by comparing the new product's process using cross-production references. Handling collected data of old process to make sure cost would be the accurate as possible, Same strategy for forecasting sales and revenue. The accuracy rate of estimated costs were around 90%.Started an export project. Distributors in Latin America (Argentina, Peru, Uruguay and Guatemala) Conducted a previous study of a country regulations and market was conducted for feasibility. Contributed to establish international price, margin and quantity.
