As a six-member automation team leader in PETROBRAS Distribuidora, I was responsible for building software to manage and control the maintenance routines of an industrial park, preventing equipment failures and increasing not only its useful life but also its availability. This project is considered strategic to maintain customer loyalty. Currently, this system is adopted by PETROBRAS (such as all refineries, some platforms, and thermal pants) and other companies. Besides, we developed a vital project which was installed in several supply units making a smart integration between hardware and software, offering stock management, supply control, etc. Nowadays, due to this system, the company saves approximately U$400.000 per year in expenses. Accountable for the development of the Numeric Portability project, which allows migrating to a different phone operator maintaining the same mobile number, in Embratel. Numerical portability was a Brazilian government requirement with a challenging deadline. Despite the time restriction, it was a tremendous success. My responsibilities included task allocation and control, contact with the client, quality assurance, delivery management, and career qualifications of the team members.
