  BAYBAYIN is an independent international open access journal that published twice a year [July- December]. It is a peer-reviewed journal founded by group of scholars from Southern Tagalog region in the Philippines. It envisions itself to be a vehicle in promoting academic researches, creative works and book reviews by local and international authors across the globe with special emphasis on Tagalog studies, Philippine studies, Southeast Asian Studies and Filipino Philosophy.
