      Microelectronics factory construction and star-up direction, reporting directly to the shareholder’s table. Transformed the business plan into a Value Stream to compose the necessary equipment. At China, made machinery acquisition, in a parallel Executive Projects issued. After 8 months, as factory already built and got in operation, defined the Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to productivity and quality control, focused on the Lean Six Sigma philosophy. Exported goods manufactured with cost of product sold (COGS) determinate. The factory management was consisting in two lines plus a quality laboratory: The first line uses cutting-edge machinery and labor, containing Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Oven, Pin Through Hole (PTH), Wave Machine, these all responsible for issuing the electronic driver and the led board circuit. The second line made up of the Manual Pre-Assembly sector, which feed the Automatic Assembly and the Aging machine. All designed in a Lean layout for reduced stock, with about 1600m² and 50 workers per shift. Show less

      As engineering manager of a department made up by a mixed team, with Russian and Brazilians engineers, I provided technical decision for heavy industries in Brazil, never before a month of immersion in each factory floor. Energy calculations in accordance with CMVP (International protocol) with energy indicator to each improvement.
