I co-founded and served as Chief Technical Design Director at Pentágono Estudio, where we provided design services to corporate clients. I oversaw over ten of these projects and ensured the technical quality of our work. These projects included both clients’ and internal work, like the Nodo Collection, which incorporated an innovative fiberglass construction technique and was showcased at multiple international furniture fairs. The Grad Shop Experience is an introductory course that teaches incoming students from diverse backgrounds the fundamental tools and techniques for using campus shops. Through hands-on exercises, students learn how to transform wood, plastics, and metals into real-world projects that they can use to communicate with peers and professors. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant for this class, my duties included acquiring and preparing materials for demonstrations, assisting the professor during class, performing demonstrations myself, and helping students with their projects. Co-teaching a full class focused on eyewear design.he class utilized a newly inaugurated fab lab and focused on the aesthetic and functional principles and technical requirements of eyewear design. It accommodated students of all levels and allowed for the exploration and creation of tangible projects. We partnered with a local eyewear store for the final exhibition.The class was proposed and developed by Daniel Morgan and myself, including the pitching of its concept, writing and refining the syllabus and promoting it to potential students. Drawing on his extensive knowledge of woodworking and fabrication, the course focuses on learning through making and embodies the concept of beauty in both speculative and functional pieces. In this exciting collaboration, NIKE and RISD came together to investigate the concept of "The Future of Skin." The result of my team’s exploration was a cutting-edge design that envisions a world where NIKE has created a revolutionary synthetic skin with programmable air bladders that can be controlled to change the shape of the wearer, giving them enhanced abilities and agility in sports. This project is a glimpse into the limitless possibilities of the future.

Monterrey Tech partnered with PepsiCo for a project focused on design, engineering, and business innovations. We tackled the challenge of reimagining commercial coolers for the company and envisioning their future. As a result of 18 months of work, we created a concept for a smart commercial cooler that can gather business intelligence, report trends, and provide a superior user and maintenance experience.
