A team composed of more than 250 direct professionals and more than 50 indirect professionals;▪ Responsible for restructuring operational, people management, and security processes to curb a critical scenario of constant robberies at toll plazas;▪ Research of best practices and Implementation of the pioneering project for centralized remote supervision of all toll plazas, allowing the reduction of Headcount controllers from 33 to 5.

Participation in the renegotiation of the concession contract, allowing the inclusion and removal of assets from the concession contract, modernizing the contract, and increasing its financial performance.
