While in dry dock in Namibia Rodrieck made my job much easier. I was able to look after my work and the crew while not having to worry about the estimated cost of the projects. Rodrieck planned and reported the cost of each project that was being done and at the end of the job delivered all the cost of the total projects without any mistakes.
