  -Ensure the implementation of the methodology KaiKaku in order to standardize the methodology by Schnellecke Logistics and create the Lean culture through conducting Lean events and staff training.-Implement and execute the values, philosophy, mission, strategy, policies, standards organization, in the areas under my responsibility.-Apply continuous improvement to business processes, creating efficient and strong processes into the company.-Train all staff and employees during the KaiKaku events in all Business Units, in order to ensure the effectiveness and results.-Active participation in KaiKaku events within the region, as Head of KaiKakus.-Training of Trainers (Change Agents) during the Lean waves.-Support for the development of Lean Reporting on Kaikaku locations.-Evaluation of Lean Reporting, including notification of the results to the council Lean Management in Germany.-Support of the sites in the implementation of KaiZen.-Train all employees on KaiZen topics.-Contact for Lean Change Agents in the region and updates to training materials or new Lean procedures.-Presentation of the results of the region during the Lean Conference and of best practice from the region. Receipt of new information and best practice solutions from other regions via the central Lean Team.
