As a Project Engineer, I assist the Project Manager and the Superintendent. I am responsible for keeping track of the submittals, Request for Information (RFI), drawing log, and meeting minutes. The meetings I maintain minutes for are as follows: Owner, Architect, Contractor (OAC) meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and team huddles. To help with these tasks I use several programs including: Prolog, Microsoft Projects, Excel, and Word. When assisting the superintendent I take daily photos, perform SWPPPs testing, schedule inspections. I also help maintain records on site, coordinate with utility companies, and help out with safety. Show less

While at Hunsaker I performed take offs for EIFS, Thin Brick, Hard Coat Stucco, and cultured stone, for commercial projects. I use iSqft take off to perform this task, but I am familiar with Onscreen Takeoff. I also help with submittals, creating details, and field calls and questions from general contractors on our estimates.
