  Maintenance / Plant Operation Manager Regency Student Housing - Denver, CO December 2007 to Present Maintenance Director Responsible for the daily supervision of Maintenance and Housekeeping staff and responsible for preventative and routine maintenance for two high rise building and 5 apartment building with compete building infrastructure including generator, elevators, Hot water systems, water pumps, AC system, fire security, etc, generator, Swimming pool, workout room, gym, bowling alley, Vingcard door system.
