Eu tive a oportunidade de trabalhar com o Rodney por ~4 anos, na BDP International, onde tivemos vários desafios na área contábil e fiscal. No primeiro ano a auditoria externa nos deu uma "negativa de opinião" nas demonstrações financeiras, devido a imensa falta de controle. Neste período, o Rodney, com muita persistência e dedicação, trabalhou focado para regularizar todas as pendências contábeis e fiscais, além de reorganizar o ERP Dynamics AX para atender às demandas de controle da Cia. Adicionalmente, contribuiu muito para o processo de "clean up" de Intercompany, que era o principal passivo da Cia. Já, no segundo ano, graças ao trabalho do Rodney e da equipe, conseguimos obter um parecer sem ressalvas da auditoria externa. O Rodney além de ser um excelente profissional da área, possui ótima fluência no idioma inglês. Eu o recomendo!
Rodney was truly an asset to the accounting team at UTi in Sao Paulo. He was a top performer and a team first guy. Rodney met his monthly deadlines and was quite diligent. He is a problem solver and his financial reporting skills are excellent. I would recommend Rodney for a Senior Accounting role.
