      GS-1910-11 Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) 40+ Hrs. per week Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Dugway, Utah I am currently performing Contractual oversight per Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and AS91000 (D) Quality Management System (QMS) requirements for Aviation, Space and Defense Organization’s and DCMA Policy 8210.11C formerly AR95-20. As a DCMA QAS, I also complete inspections of Unmanned Arial System (UAS) aircraft per the Safety of Flight Platform (SOF) platform lists and delegated Quality Assurance Letter of Instruction (QALI) for RQ-7 Shadow, MQ-5 Hunter, MQ-1 Gray Eagle and MQ-12 Warrior. Ensures that compliance of First Article Test Procedure (FATP) and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) are followed per the checklists per Contract and QALI. Perform Break of Inspections (BOI) as unscheduled maintenance arises. I complete and send a weekly report of FATP and ATP activity for Shadow UAS to the Program Management Office and DCMA leadership, to ensure that any issues or concerns that may arise pertaining to cost, schedule or performance can be addressed in a timely manner. I complete all correspondence whether orally, electronically or in writing in a timely and professional manner per AR 25-50. I am very effective in building spreadsheets and power points from databases to demonstrate, Logistics, Safety, Maintenance and Contract Performance issues or concerns. Show less
