Directed the marketing and rebranding of the hotel from management company oversight to an independent operation, reporting to the ownership group. Recruited and developed the executive committee, 20 department managers and 150 service team members. Achieved historic profitability following the two-year pandemic by successfully maintaining and mentoring a team of hospitality professionals through the sharp industry decline. Oversaw a $7M renovation of hotel public space, spa, kitchen, guest room and outdoor living spaces.
