Rod is an amiable alliance with going green businesses. He hand delivered the city of Thousand Oaks "green book" to me in my hair salon of 5 years as I signed up for the eco-friendly program and began pioneering a going green atmosphere in the day spa/salon. Rod invited me to help form a committee for service salons by advising and organizing new guidelines with the city of Thousand Oaks for more helps for future hair salon's going green. This will prove fruitful in my personal efforts to facilitate more change in my industry by eliminating waste, toxins and not using non -environmentally friendly products . Education and awareness is essential to being careful to let the good in the salon atmosphere and not commingling chemicals that would have adverse reactions for the salon environment as well as our world's environment. Thank you Rod for the visit and invitation it was very nice to meet you! Hope to be developing with you in the very near future. In addition to finding out that Rod has a hidden talent as well, we could also perform music too! Maybe something for "Green Day" or something....
