  Responsible for the day-to-day operations of University Lake School, Hartland, WI - a coed, day, K- 12, college preparatory school of 320 students - from educational programs to financial systems. In coordination with the fifteen trustees of the school, established the strategic direction and improved the institutional advancement of ULS. Key achievements include:➢ Developing the school’s first five-year strategic plan which resulted in a major campus building program (i.e., expanded and renovated Upper School, new Lower School and renovation of previous Lower School into a separate Middle School) with fund-raising more than double that of previous capital campaigns and the addition a Junior Kindergarten program.➢ Leading with instructional technology as the first school in the state with a student laptop program and the first school in the Midwest with a wireless campus.
