Regular site meeting attendance and weekly reporting on: a) Actual progress against the pre-established budget requirements b) Actual progress against the agreed upon time schedule c) Recommendations regarding procurement of long lead items to ensure their delivery by the required dates d) Recommendations as to how to avoid or minimize construction situation problems before they affect cost and/or schedule e) Recommendation as to how to recover budget overruns and schedule delays if they occur 11.
