I attended the Rio+20 summit. A Colombian reforestation business with green-field plantations for certified timber, carbon credits and agricultural commodities in the eastern savannahs of the country I implemented a strategy to obtain carbon credits from the plantations and advised on financial planning and projections, and options to raise capital to grow the business. I prepared pre-feasibility study for the establishment of a carbon project under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM); prepared and submitted the Project Idea Note to the Designated National Authority.
