Working as Project Manager at MefCO2 (www.mefco2.eu) and FReSMe (www.fresme.eu) projects, coordinating the work being carried out by all Consortium Members and developing the dissemination and exploitation plan of the project. - Management of International Innovation Programs for European Utilities. - Open innovation program developed for corporations: program definition, communication campaign, scouting of hi-tech startups, startups evaluation and selection, mentorship support (aiming at defining scalable pilots) and events organization. - High tech start-ups mentorship and advisory: individualised and specialised coaching to support start-ups by analysing their business model and providing them with an extending network of contacts and opportunities aimed at accelerating their growth to become enterprise applications. - Marketing: dissemination activities tradeshows, conferences and international meetings.
