I have the privilege to work with Rocio Pacheco in the hospitality industry. I noticed the wealth of knowledge she has in labor laws. Rocio applies all this knowledge with such professionalism that only someone like her with all these experiences under her belt in the business could bring. The way she handles employee relations is admirable. Rocio is liked by employees at all levels and well respected. She is an HRD that wears many hats and genuinely cares for the employees and wears her company badge with pride. When I bring to her desk any employee problem, I like that she drops what she is doing and gladly helps me solve it. She truly listens and supports management, and brings practical solutions. She brainstorms and works hard to make the company one of the best places to work. She brought to the company new diversity and inclusion initiatives; her implemented HR practices are fair and unbiased and promote a healthy work environment. She is definitely an asset to this company or any other company.
