I supervised Rocio for four years and during that time I was regularly impressed with her ability to work well under pressure, solve complicated problems, and come up with innovative solutions. Rocio regularly stepped up to take on responsibilities that were outside of her job description. She cares deeply about producing quality work and supporting her colleagues. She provided administrative and operational support to a large staff and although she was frequently busy, became to the "go-to" person whenever someone had a challenge or a problem. Not only did she listen to them but she saw it as her duty to help them find a solution. She never hesitated to stay late so a task could be completed well. She also learned from her mistakes, developed many new and useful systems, and self-taught herself administrative skills so that she could be more productive. If I had the opportunity, I would definitely hire Rocio again.
