I am apart of the mighty volunteer team of Roseville UX and co-lead events and workshops. RVUX runs monthly events covering all topics under user experience. We have grown rapidly in the past year and are over 230 members on Meetup including an active group of over 50 members in our Slack channel. As the Workshop and Event Programmer, I connect with potential presenters for our monthly Meetups. I moderate and facilitate the remote sessions, welcoming attendees, introducing speakers, responding to questions, and make other announcements pertaining to our group. It's exciting to be apart of such a knowledge-thirsty and diverse group spanning multiple cities and counties.
