  As the BC2 Assistant Lead I assist in managing ten analysts and conduct admin duties as necessary. As the Intel Lead I directly manage two analysts and I build After Action Reviews (AARs) using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other programs. The Intel Senior Officer conducts an Intel AAR at the end of each military training rotation which occur over a 2-3 week period each month.
