I had an excellent experience working with Rocco while he was director on Blindsight: War of the Wardens. He did a great job guiding us towards his vision (from a Game Design and Production Perspective), while also being flexible in terms of making adjustments as the project progressed closer to the deadline and team grew in size. Overall, I had a great experience working with Rocco and would definitely recommend him to those looking for a solid director, game designer, or producer.

Rocco as Blindsight's director brought me on as an animator. While working on Blindsight with Rocco, he was organized, facilitated interdisciplinary discussions, kept relevant feedback in mind while planning, and maintained an energizing attitude throughout production. Rocco's team management skills shined when he was frequently active in problem solving and organized team events. I look forwards to the next opportunity i get to work with Rocco as he is an excellent director.

Rocco was the Director of Blindsight: War of the Wardens, a project on which I served as Narrative Lead. As Director, Rocco was extremely dedicated and passionate, always willing to do whatever it took to help the project succeed. He worked tirelessly, filling numerous roles when nobody else was available, and facilitating communication between various disciplines. Rocco had a clear vision for the game and communicated that vision clearly, helping me and the rest of the narrative team deliver by providing specific feedback and direction for our work. He effectively managed a 60+ person team and crafted a truly fun team culture that made working on Blindsight an unforgettable experience. I cannot wait for the next time I get to work with Rocco, and he would be a great addition to any team!
