Robyn is one of the most enthusiastic individuals with which I have ever had the pleasure of working. Robyn and I both served on the BoD for the Inter-Cooperative Council, a member owned network of rental houses in Ann Arbor. Robyn's positive, solution oriented attitude was well respected on the BoD, and earned her the position of President and CEO from a field of highly qualified candidates. As President, Robyn deftly handled Board politics while her leadership skills kept everyone focused on the organization's goals and reduced interpersonal conflict. She displayed significant business acumen by discontinuing an operation that had been consistently losing money, a decision postponed by previous Presidents due to the political sensitivity of the issue. I was fortunate enough to succeed Robyn as President of the Inter-Cooperative Council, and I found it to be one of the best managed positions I have ever inherited. I would recommend Robyn for a leadership position in any organization.
