  I was in charge of creating and directing daily art activities for kids ranging from ages 7-13. I had to spend an hour with each group of kids, carefully and creatively explain each step for each project. I also had to motivate them to enjoy art and have fun doing projects they might not normally want to do.I was also in charge of directing the annual Talent Show at the camp. I had to schedule time for kids to practice and help them create their routines when we started. I had to manage my time over the three months, making sure I timed the transition from small group practices to big rehearsals perfectly. I also had to put together pamphlets and put all the music the kids need together in Garage Band.
