      As the Faculty Director’s I lead the management of the educational delivery and administration processes across seven delivery teams for more than 85 vocational training programs. My role was to secure and promote new business through internal and external partnerships in line with the strategic goals of the institute.In the Operations Manager's role (2000-2004) I successfully managed a large and complex project, the Introduction of National Training Packages to the Faculty of Health, Humanities and Applied Sciences, covering eight different training packages and over 300 programs. A shift from Learning Modules to Competency Based Training, requiring many levels of engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to a new way of thinking and operating that complied with national training regulations and standards.
