Contacted vendors to facilitate application and approval for all products necessary for loan origination through funding (ie: credit reports, tax transcripts, AVM’s, FNMA DO, FHLMC LP, FHA, USDA, MI, SSA verification and fraud risk manager reports. Supervise processing staff and help create policies and procedures for all areas of mortgage lending process.
