  Sponsored by Kidney Health Australia, Monash University and the University of Queensland, I led the development of a bid for federal government funding for a new CRC on Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and its Complications (cardiovascular disease and diabetes). Our working vision was to reduce the morbidity of CKD. The bid was to be submitted in the 2010 selection round but did not proceed.
