Robyn gets stuff done...period. When we needed assistance Robyn was there for us. She found out our exact needs and got the ball rolling right away. Knowing the stresses any disease can bring to a family knowing that she could help, and do it quickly, made the pressures melt away. This is how she works and we are more than happy with this. Good luck in your new role Robyn - you will be missed but you will continue to help more people in your new role - of that I am certain.

I provide counselling to individuals and couples experiencing a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, coping with and adjusting to chronic pain, illness and injury, loss and grief, life transitions, relationship stress, assertiveness and communication. I have a warm and collaborative style that encourages exploration and discovery of new possibilities. My approach is compassionate and relationally oriented, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a significant source of gaining deeper self-understanding, learning new skills, improving health, and promoting personal growth.
