Even though I have been in Business for a while, I was very lucky to have a stack of clients that always payed on time. Eventually, I got my first client that although was very happy with the services I provided - just wouldn't pay. As this was a high value client, it was quite a daunting experience getting the money in a way which didn't damage the relationship. Robyn was fantastic and helped me every step of the way (so I didn't even need to use her ultimate "Debt Collecting" services). She gave me the necessary advice on how to call, write emails - and when to do it for maximum effect. I eventually got paid without having to resort to more drastic means and if it wasn't for Robyn - I wouldn't have been able to do it as well as this (if at all). Thank you Robyn!
