  My primary role was Pronto Support/Administration to all 73 stores, both company owned and franchised. My role also included design of POS menu’s, reports etc for POS use at stores, training, documentation of Desktop Manuals and general implementation and rollout assistance. Although the main focus was on POS in the Snooze environment there was also heavy involvement in Inventory, Sales, and General Ledger. Snooze was initially still using an old version of Pronto (373). During the my tenure I was involved in a change from this through versions 330, 350 to 360.2. This required travel interstate in order to train staff on such a huge upgrade. The version change enhanced a ‘windows’ feel to the product which required quite a lot of hand holding and training. Show less

  During this period I was the primary Pronto Support consultant for a variety of businesses traveling around Victoria and Australia assisting with general support and training of staff. Most of the clients needed assistance in the Supply Chain and General Ledger aspects of Pronto as well as System Administration. Some of the major clients I supported were Nylex, Natra, Grizzly Engineering and Skai Computers.
