During my time at Dominica, Rob was always my first call most mornings. Not because it was part of my job to report to him before my day, but because it was a good start to my day. He always was teaching, giving advice, mentoring, etc during my time as one of his sales reps. It was an absolute pleasure to have Rob as my boss, but more than that he is a great sales manager and a true friend.
