• Define requirement details and priorities with clear input and output in alignment with product requirements, ensuring client satisfaction by providing regular updates and progress.• Develop and manage Big Data and Artificial Intelligence platform for the next generation of applications (its name is Carol platform). Carol is a platform that allows data injection, data transformation through pipelines, and enhance the data with external sources. The platform enables deploying applications on top of the platform, managing the deployment, execution, and resource allocation automatically for apps (web, online, and batch).• Define project timelines, release dates, and manage projects with customers.• Lead UX and project teams, providing support to members, and evaluating work performance.• Oversee QA activities, sprints, deployment schedules, and platform migration processes.• Implemented product indicators to track performance, usage, and custom indicators.• The main point of contact and liaison for the USA and the Brazilian’s framework and segment teams.• Lead the process to make Carol platform compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Regulation) and GDPR.• Lead the product TOTVS Carol Clock-In, from scratch to the launching. TOTVS Carol Clock-In is a mobile product with offline Face Recognition technology to identify employees and register the clock-in and clock-out. The most challenging for this project was the deadline; the product was ready in 4 months. Responsible for the implementation of the first customers (located in the South of America and Central America). Currently, the solution is one of the most successful solutions deployed on top of the platform Carol; it is ready for three languages (English, Portuguese, and Spanish), it has more than 220 customers and it manages about 3 million clockins/month.• Mentoring product managers to assume applications in our growth context, developing more applications on top of the platform Carol.
