This program was recognised by many as the best large IT program they had worked due to the program structure and culture, combined with strong focus from the program management on resolution of issues and supporting the projects to deliver. Successfully completed delivery of Electricity FRC program on time after taking on the responsibility with 5 months remaining and significant issues including severe time pressures. This was achieved by pulling together the projects being run by each of the departments and focusing the team on the key tasks and ensuring management were focussed upon removing roadblocks.
