Robert Lightcap was a tireless and thorough worker. He came to me on loan from another organization as a temporary filler for our logistics position. He was responsible for a fleet of government vehicles, numerous recruiting offices, wireless accounts and other support functions to over 40 field recruiters. He did not shy away from getting his hands dirty and even volunteered to renting a rental truck and moving a recruiter's office on short notice. Robert will be a positive asset to any organization.
