I was fortunate enough to work with Rob from 2002 through 2015 at ISE. As the Product Manager for the core trading system, I worked with Rob on a near-daily basis. Rob was my go-to person for ALL systems management needs. Early on this was in his role on the Level II support team. It was in this role that I learned that Rob had a deep and thorough understanding of the systems he supported and that I need only seek him out if I needed the right answer quickly. Through our tenures at ISE, Rob grew from the person with the answers to leading a group of people with the answers. When the inevitable issues came up in Production, Rob was quick to take control and home in on the root-cause in order to bring a swift resolution. I wholeheartedly endorse Rob for any role that necessitates a thorough understanding of current technologies and the approaches to supporting them
